1. 等長收縮(Isometric or static contraction)
>>訓練時無關節活動,肌肉長度相同
>>可用在打石膏、手術後及關節炎或燒傷的病人
>>例如:平板支撐
2. 等張收縮(Isotonic or concentric contraction)
>>訓練時會產生關節動作,肌肉會縮短
3. 離心收縮(Eccentric contraction)
>>動作時肌肉長度會延長,肌肉張力會增加或維持不變
4. 等速收縮(Isokinetic contraction)
>>當肌肉收縮或延長時以一定的速率執行收縮,而且在整個運動中以一定的速率下可測量到一個最大的力量
5. 主動協助運動(Active-assisted exercise)
6. 被動運動(Passive exercise)
>>It is no use for increasing muscle strength.
>>Preventing contractures and adhesions and deformity.
>> the exercise should be performed for at least three repetitions, twice daily.(但一般來說一個關節應該要重複5~10次)
7. 牽拉運動(Stretch exercise)
>>these exercise should be done once per day.
>>Do exch exercise 10 times or move to the point of resistance and hold for 30 seconds.
